How this works

Once you submit your application, it will be reviewed to ensure you meet the eligibility criteria. The WAVE Ecosystem is designed exclusively for in-house Global Mobility and international HR professionals — no consultants, freelancers, or vendors. Strictly for in-house and our small exclusive group of partners. To maintain the integrity of this space, every application is checked manually.

So after submission, our team reviews your details, including your LinkedIn profile or other verification sources, to confirm your eligibility. If your in-house status is verified, we then check whether you were referred via Aprio’s complimentary access offer. If both steps are successful, your membership will be activated and you will receive full access to the WAVE Ecosystem.
